Fees include refreshments, lunches, poster & exhibition receptions and the conference dinner. Members rate applies to RSC or SCI members

Please indicate if you plan to attend these events. They are included in the registration fee no additional fee is required it helps us with planning dietary requirements and providing guest names to the venue.
A list of participants, which will include email addresses, will be published for distribution at the conference.
Your email addresses will be added to a mailing list to receive regular updates , and notices of upcoming meetings.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you should notify Constable & Smith Events in writing by 1 May 2017 and a full refund will be issued minus a 25% processing fee. For cancellations after that date and for non-arrival at the Conference, the full registration fee will be due. Substitutions will be accepted until 1 July 2017, subject to Constable & Smith Events receiving written confirmation prior to that date.

Programme
The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, (in terms of its content, speakers or timetable) or cancel the event, at any time if necessary.
Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for any medical, personal or travel insurance. Participants are therefore responsible for making any insurance arrangements they deem necessary before commencing their journey to the event
