Deadlines
The deadline for early bird registration is 30th June 2012, an additional late registration fee will be charged after that date.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you should notify Constable & Smith Events in writing by Monday 3rd September 2012 and a full refund will be issued minus a 25% processing fee. For cancellations after that date and for non-arrival at the Conference, the full registration fee will be due. Substitutions will be accepted before Wednesday 5th September 2012, subject to Constable & Smith Events receiving written confirmation prior to that date.

Programme
The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, (in terms of its content, speakers or timetable) or cancel the event, at any time if necessary.
Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for any medical, personal or travel insurance. Participants are therefore responsible for making any insurance arrangements they deem necessary before commencing their journey to the event
