Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you should notify Constable & Smith Events in writing by 5 November 2025 and a full refund will be issued minus a 25% processing fee. For cancellations after that date and for non-arrival at the Conference, the full registration fee will be due. Substitutions will be accepted before 26 November 2025, subject to Constable & Smith Events receiving written confirmation prior to that date.
Programme
The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, (in terms of its content, speakers or timetable) or cancel the event, at any time if necessary.
