Please be aware that a photographer will be present during this event. All photographs will be stored and used for archive and to promote future UK Colloids conferences by the Joint Colloids Committee. The UK Colloids conference will retain the ownership/copyright of all photographs/videos and will not disclose content to any other third parties. Please let us know if you do not want to be in any photos.

Drinks reception at Materials Innovation Factory. - Places are limited so will be allocated to first to register. An alternative drinks reception will be provided before the conference dinner if fully booked *
Conference Dinner *

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you should notify Constable & Smith Events in writing by 1 July 2023 and a full refund will be issued minus a 25% processing fee. For cancellations after that date and for non-arrival at the Conference, the full registration fee will be due. Substitutions will be accepted, subject to Constable & Smith Events receiving written confirmation.

The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, (in terms of its content, speakers or timetable) or cancel the event, at any time if necessary.

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for any medical, personal or travel insurance. Participants are therefore responsible for making any insurance arrangements they deem necessary before commencing their journey to the event
